This has fresh cane and tropical fruit aromas on the nose, with even more fresh sugar cane and stone fruits to taste. Use this in a Mojito, or go native and make a Caipirinha.
Sugar cane is cut fresh and processed the same day for fermentation. Following fermentation, the Cachaça wine is distilled in traditional 800 litre alambique copper pot stills, with only the small hearts kept.
