Azaline Vermouth opens a gateway to an exotic world, with pinot noir grapes enriched with herbs and spices reminiscent of a journey along the ancient Silk Road.

Aromas lead with red fruit and spice, while cherries and saffron build to taste. The spice is quite earthy (saffron and tarragon) before a fruit-forward sweetness oscillates with bitter herbs. One for a Manhattan.

About this product

Young pinot noir grapes bursting with fresh red fruit flavours have been blended with herbs & spices including juniper, gentian, cardamom, orange peel and saffron.

Azaline vermouth was created by drinks entrepreneur Steve Drawbel, who has partnered with famed French producer Gabriel Boudier, a family-owned company established in 1874.

Gabriel Boudier are based near Dijon, surrounded by the vineyards of Burgundy but Azaline aims to 'create a journey' for drinkers and bring a sense of the Silk Road through their use of exotic botanicals.
