Martayrol is a family-owned distiller. The family also buy eaux de vie from small producers in Cognac, Alsace, Burgundy, Perigord and Martinique which they age and blend to make other wonderful products. Chauffe Coeur VSOP is made using fruit from the orchards near the village of Cambremer, in the heart of Calvados, but the distillery also has vineyards in Maupas, Bas Armagnac. A truly French affair!
