Starward Whisky, launched in Australia in 2007, geared towards the curious, food obsessed generations. Two Fold is a double grain whisky made with malted barley & wheat, matured in red wine barrels which impart juicy fruit, caramel and spice notes.

Starward Nova is a fruity, double distilled single malt whiskey aged in lightly charred or steamed barrels sourced from local wineries. The resulting spirit is bursting with juicy complexity and flavour from both wine and the oak… Just sumptuous!

Starward Solera is made with Australian malted barley before maturing in Apera barrels (an Aussie fortified wine similar to Sherry) which have often held spirit over decades – this gives a rich, spicy and jammy fruit finish.
