Hook Head 1.1 is an Irish single malt whisky using barley grown on a single farm. On this occasion, the barley was grown by Martin Foley on Hook Head Farm.

A delicious Single Malt Irish whisky from the Waterford Distillery, following on from its Single Farm Origin series, this is a mix of barley sources married together for added complexity.

Heritage Hunter is the inaugural limited release of 50 barrels created from a old barley variety that disappeared from the whiskey making landscape in favour of higher yield crops. Once forgotten, now revived and turned into a delicious spirit!

The first organic Irish Single Malt made by the highly anticipated Waterford Distillery. Gaia 1.1 is made using 100% organic barley grown on seven different farms across Ireland.
