Inspired by the Norfolk coastline, Bullard's Coastal Gin has a delicate herbal, salty influence complemented by bright citrus flavours. One to serve with some blackberries in a G&T and transport yourself to the seaside.

There’s a distinct marine, umami element on the nose. Samphire gives the citrus an accent up front to taste, while woody Douglas fir and the vegetal nature of plants like sea purslane and aster really add herbal layers. Fennel joins the finish.

About this product

Sea purslane, marsh samphire, sea aster and the rich woodiness of Douglas fir are forage locally around Norfolk to create this gin.

Bullards Spirits was created by Craig Allison and distiller Peter Smith. The former was managing a Gin bar when he was offered the chance to buy a still. He couldn’t quite resist, and roped in tonka-obsessed fudge maker Peter right away.

Alan Partridge be damned, Norwich has something new to be proud of – Bullards Spirits. Like a magnet for awards, this brand are proving themselves to be astute trend-watchers and flavour makers – the whole range is worth a look.
