This is so sublime and unique that its really worth trying neat over ice. It makes for a big bold G&T and a marvellous Tom Collins, but for pure decadence team up with a Martinez and a square of bitter dark chocolate.

Bullard’s Old Tom is produced using locally sourced botanicals. Norfolk Honey and Mango are used to add a natural sweetness, followed by the infusion of Demerara sugar to add colour and additional flavour.
Bullards Spirits was created by Craig Allison and distiller Peter Smith. The former was managing a Gin bar when he was offered the chance to buy a still. He couldn’t quite resist, and roped in tonka-obsessed fudge maker Peter right away.
