Cambridge Truffle Gin

70cl | 42% ABV | England

Cambridge Distillery’s Truffle Gin claims to be the world’s first digestif gin, inspired by a gin-shy after-dinner drinks list. This decadent sipper is steered by white truffle – an ingredient worth more than its weight in gold.

A decadent, oily gin so rich in texture and flavour that it feels almost heavy on the tongue. It's one to be really explored, especially when sipped neat over ice.

"If you are looking to pair this gin for a Negroni, pick as you would a wine pairing - you need aromatic, savoury element to stand up to truffles. Alternatively, just opt for this with a drop or two of water in a Brandy glass."

About this product

Each of the ingredients in Cambridge Truffle Gin are distilled separately so as to prepare all of the flavours to their own perfection. The ingredients are vacuum distilled, cold and fresh, so the botanicals retain their raw flavours.

Cambridge Distillery was founded by William and Lucy Lowe. They are a pair of science minded distillers who sought to embrace the world of modern distilling – challenging the status quo by prepping unusual and different.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Cambridge Distillery hails from the name-sake city but just as the ideas that echo around the university campus' - the gins that come from the team are more globally minded. Ant filled gin, anyone?
