City of London Christopher Wren Gin is the one that really shot COLD Distillery into the stratosphere. Made in partnership with ex-Tanqueray distiller Tom Nichol, it is a slippery smooth, rich and sweet gin with a moreish quality.

With a hugely caramelised orange and thick, gloopy liquorice texture, this is a cut above the rest, with a cheek filling mouthfeel and beautifully integrated flavours. Amazing in a G&T with an orange garnish, but heavenly in a Martinez.

Key Flavours

"By far the best in the City of London Gin range, the Christopher Wren ranks in most enthusiasts to 50 in the world or higher. The flavour journey, the luscious mouthfeel, the spectacular bottle design - it's pure class."

About this product

Christopher Wren Gin uses only five botanicals – juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice and sweet orange. It’s distilled London Dry style, with all ingredients added to the spirit ahead of distillation.

City of London Distillery was founded by Jonathan Clark back in 2012 and has since become part of the Halewood group, becoming a sister brand to the likes of Whitley Neill and Liverpool Gin.

City of London Distillery, based in Fleet Street, is something along the lines of a Mecca for Gin fans, located as it is in the heart of Gin’s history. With an amazing range, gorgeous bar and fascinating tour, it’s a real bucket list visit.
