Cotswold Distillery's take on the sweeter, botanically intense style of Gin. The Old Tom features a tasty line up of juniper, coriander and angelica, fresh orange peel, liquorice root, ground ginger, caraway and cardamom.
Classically styled Old Tom Gin with sweet, woody notes from liquorice root, balanced with light spice from the ginger, zesty orange citrus and rounded off with a hint of cardamom. One to garnish with a fresh orange peel or use in a Martinez.
All of the botanicals are added with a wheat based NGS at 60% ABV. Once gently warmed, distilling begins. Once the hearts have been collected, they add a touch of sugar syrup before cutting with water - in keeping with traditional Old Tom recipes.
