ELLC Louder Gin is richly herbal and incredibly intense, with a thick, waxy texture and deep spice. It’s definitely an occasion gin, rather than an every day affair, and it works very well with a lemon peel garnish.

All of East London Liquor Company’s gins are made on a 450-litre custom made Arnold Holstein still. The botanicals are not macerated ahead of distillation, so once the still is loaded it’s fired up and soon begins flowing.
East London Liquor Company was founded by drinks veteran Alex Wolport back in 2012. He has always had his feet planted firmly in the East, previously working in Hoxton and Angel and managing operations in the hospitality industry.
