Their use of kernels lends the noticeable bitter almond marzipan flavours while distilled marigold kombucha brings a new dimention to and tannic notes reminiscent of plum skins. Serve with tonic or soda.
It is made by distilling a combination of pearl barley, pilsner malt and koji, and using dried plum kernels and marigolds as botanicals.
