Caramelised mandarin on the nose that gives the impression of a chunky, thick cut marmalade. There's instant sweetness to taste with sherbet citrus zesting on the fore, before graduating into more familiar gin territory. Delicious!
Hayman's Exotic Citrus is made with an Old Tom Gin style in mind. All the botanicals are distilled into the mix, but the intention here was to create a full, sweeter mouthfeel to enhance the tropical fruits.
