Ki No Bi Sei Navy Strength Gin

70cl | 54.5% ABV | Japan

Ki No Bi Sei is an amazing release from Kyoto Distillery, packed with Japanese flavours and full of ginger fire. The name “SEI” comes from the Kanji character “勢 which carries the meaning of “power” in Japanese (thus the higher ABV).

Ki No Bi Sei Gin is a big, bold loud and oily gin, led by rich, resinous juniper and given lightness by the hinoki and tea. It makes for an utterly superb G&T – try East Imperial Yuzu Tonic to supercharge the citrus!

"The botanical flavour categories are the same, but the Yuzu citrus is much sharper than the regular Ki No Bi, given additional punch by sancho and ginger. Very smooth for the ABV."
