King of Soho Gin Variorum Berry

70cl | 37.5% ABV | England

King of Soho London Dry Gin is a crispy, piney classic created by Howard Raymond in tribute to his property tycoon (amongst other more eyebrow-raising endeavours) father, Paul. Variorum is its pretty in pink sister, packed with berry flavours.

With lashings of summer berry fruits, this is a candied treat of a gin that will appeal to all sweet toothed Gin drinkers. Serve it up in a huge copa glass with a handful of ice, lemon peel ribbons and thin apple slices.

About this product

King of Soho is made London Dry style at Thames Distillers in London. The rich-red colour and super sweet flavour comes from a strawberry infusion post distillation.

Howard Raymond was inspired to make a gin that would well reflect the creativity, music and art of Soho, the devil may care corner of London in which his father was a well known figure – a king, of sorts.

Thames Distillers, based in South London, is a contract distillery responsible for creating so many of today’s gins. Distiller Charles Maxwell is a dab hand, able to perfect a gin within a couple of tries. If he’s made it, it’s good.
