About this product

Made to Peru’s DO (Denominación de Origen) which mandates that pisco is produced using only eight allowable indigenous grapes, be single-distilled to proof in copper pot stills, and be unaged and untouched by any additives.

In 2011, Caravedo Pisco founders Bill and Brent Kallop approached Johnny Schuller (a pisco ambassador who has been awarded the Medal of Honour by Peruvian Congress for his contributions to industry) to develop the finest handcrafted pisco.

Established in 1684, Hacienda La Caravedo is nestled in the Ica Valley of Peru, amidst the foothills of the Andes. It is one of the oldest, continuously operating distilleries in the Americas. All of the grapes used are from the estate.
