Aromas of Turkish delight balanced with candied fruits and a peppery spice. To taste, a creamy mouthfeel packed full of almonds, barley and sweet malt with notes of peppery Ledaig. The finish lingers with smoky red fruit and sea spray.
Ledaig Sinclair Series Rioja Finish Whisky is made with heavily peated barley before being matured in ex-bourbon casks, and finished in hand-selected Spanish Rioja casks.
This first expression in Ledaig's Sinclair Series is named in honour of the Spanish treasure buried deep off their shoreline. The Spanish galleon which sank more than 400 years ago is believed to have been laden with precious jewels.
