Expect a savoury, coastal-inspired gin with citrus and fennel on the nose. To taste, zesty lemon peel marries up with the samphire and an omnipresent juniper. Subtle dill and fennel linger on the finish. Add a lemon peel in a G&T.
Traditionally distilled in small batches on a copper still, using freshly gathered rock samphire, fennel and bell heather.
Made by Chefs Daisy Hillier and Chloe Gillatt and scientist Ruth Warfield who co-founded Falmouth Distilling Co, with a focus on locally foraged botanicals that would reflect Cornwall’s south coast.
The breezy, coastal-inspired flavour of the gin, the locally foraged ingredients and the lino-printed label artwork are all a nod to the gin's Falmouth home.
