The ghost of a liquorice sweet wafts around, overseen by a zingy sherbet lime. That pops on the nose. Citruses flush on the tongue, followed by eucalyptus notes. Manly Gin is loud and busy – best served with Indian tonic and a juicy orange wheel.

Manly Gin is distilled to a London Dry method, on one small sized Arnold Holsten copper pot still. They combine overnight maceration, fresh ingredients and vapour infusion to extract the perfect amount from each botanical.
Manly Spirits was co-founded by David Whikttaker and Vanessa Wilton, who began their venture into distilling during a boozy weekend in Tasmania. The duo had spotted a distillery for sale, and while it wasn’t quite in their budget, a seed was planted.
