One Gin is abundant with fresh English sage, juniper and citrus. This very special premium gin was created to delight your palate of course, but every bottle also helps to tackle the global water crisis!

Add tonic water and garnish with freshly cut apple slices for a lovely drink, but we'd recommend this one in a Martini as that huge herbal sage note shines when combined with Dry vermouth.

Key Flavours

"Sage looms large throughout the flavour, so if you are looking to use it in a Negroni, pick a vermouth like Cocci Di Torino to play off the herbal profile."

About this product

The London Dry Gin is made using 9 classic gin botanicals. Alongside the predominant sage you'll find angelica root, nutmeg, orange peel, lemon peel, liquorice, orris, coriander, cassia and juniper all adding their touch to the profile.

One is an ethical drinks brand best known for making One Water. Following on from their soft drinks releases they added spirits into their line up, with At least 10% of profits funding sustainable water projects in the world's poorest communities

The gin is made under contract by Blackdown Distillery in Sussex. The sage, so clear to taste in the gin, is grown locally by the distillery team.

"The hue leads the senses but the berries are actually quite subtle on the nose, while juniper stands its ground with a hint of pepper. To taste, Pinkster Gin has a dry gin profile, with juniper and coriander underlying a jammy raspberry note."
