R' de Ruinart Champagne

R' de Ruinart Champagne

75cl | 12% ABV | France

Its radiance is crystalline with shimmering golden hues. Delicate and fruity, it displays aromas of fresh pear, hazelnuts and almonds, followed by white flower notes, Viennese pastry and buttered brioche.

Serve with refined, light starters such as poached oysters and seared scallops, or with a main dish such as sole meunière. Also excellent with cheeses with a short ripening time, such as Chaource or creamy Langres.
