Some of Valdobbiadene's finest vineyards give this wine sheer flavour intensity and richness of texture. With its fabulously concentrated nectarine character and creamy mousse of miniscule bubbles, this is pure joy and is highly recommended.

Ideal to accompany light shellfish starters. Try it alongside grilled prawns with garlic and chilli, or mussels in a white wine sauce.

About this product

Fermented without skins at a controlled temperature of 20°C, followed by slow re-fermentation at 12-14°C to create the bubbles. The wine is then refined by remaining on the lees for approximately three months.

With a long history deeply-rooted in Prosecco's 'Golden Triangle', the descendants of Paolo Bisol continue his legacy of tenacity and determination to seek out the best-quality grapes while cementing relationships with over a hundred local growers.

Grapes are grown in vineyards located across the hills of the first Dolomitic ridges, in the northernmost part of the province of Treviso. Harvest takes place in the second half of September.
