Sir Edmond Gin

70cl | 40% ABV | Netherlands

in stock

Dutch gin meets Réunion Island! Sir Edmond is a tasty treat that takes a classically styled dry gin and infuses it with vanilla, bringing in underlying sweetness and a lovely mouthfeel.

Butterscotch and vanilla aromas waft up with ease. These continue to taste, but with added complexity. Serve with a wedge of orange in a G&T.

About this product

Juniper, angelica root, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon are distilled in a copper pot. This distillate is then infused with Bourbon vanilla for a few weeks.

It's named after Edmond Albius, a slave in born Sainte-Suzanne, a commune on the north coast of the French island of Réunion who in 1841, discovered that vanilla orchids could be artificially pollinated by hand.

Sir Edmund Gin is made under contract in Holland.
