in stock

Skipper Demerara Rum is a 1930s style rich Demerara blend rum containing 7 dark rums, each oak-aged in Guyana for at least 3 years.

Full bodied with notes of treacle and oak, Skipper Demerara Rum is quite versatile across a spectrum of cocktails, but we like it most with ginger beer.

About this product

Skipper Demerara Rum is a dark molasses-based rum made in Guyana (some of the rum even comes from the famous wooden ''Port Morant'' pot stills), containing 7 rums, each oak-aged in Guyana for at least 3 years.

Skipper Demerara Rum is an old brand (the label artwork is almost unchanged since 1930). It was part of the Marblehead drinks distributor's own-brand portfolio although its ownership is no longer clear.

Skipper Demerara Rum is made distilled in Georgetown, Guyana, at the famous Diamond Distillery.
