Sonoma County Distilling Rye

Sonoma County Distilling Rye

70cl | 46.5% ABV | U.S.A.

Founded in 2010 by California native Adam Spiegel, Sonoma County Distilling Rye is reminiscent of a more traditional style of whiskey. Rich and full-bodied, this expression has a spicy, dry flavour with hints of apricot and walnuts.

The double distillation process in handmade copper pot stills gives this expression its wonderfully robust flavour which is augmented by its maturing in charred oak and ex-rye barrels.
