Classic gin calls for a classic garnish - lime wedges. A huge part of why it's stood the test of time though, is that this is a fail safe companion. It works in any gin cocktail and is the definition of a cabinet essential.
"A cabinet essential if ever there's been one. It's so simple in its construct and by my standards, the benchmark for what a classic gin is about. It's untameable too - throw any tonic at this and the coriander and juniper core stands strong."

Charles Tanqueray launched his distillery in the 1830’s on Vine Street in Bloomsbury. When Charles died in 1868 his son – at the age of 20 – inherited the distillery and continued his pioneering work. The brand is now owned by Diageo.
Originally distilled in the Bloomsbury district of London, following the extensive damage of their London home during World War II, production was moved to Cameron Bridge Distillery in Scotland.

Zesty and bittersweet - Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla is a unique gin made with Sevilla orange essences and other fine botanicals.
"As good as flavoured gins get. The combination of blossom, peel and fleshy orange essences make for a rounded citrus that's so refreshing when served with tonic."
