Meet Tarquin's Spiced Watermelon Gin, a spice, smoke and fruit combo that's inspired by a love of the beach and summers spent in Cornwall!
The aroma is filled with spice and smoke, backed by pronounced juniper. To taste the earthy spice, toasted oak and waxy pine continue, but caramelised watermelon and sweet citrus builds. Smoked citrus, spices and fruit linger on the finish.
Watermelon is coated with a blend of six spices and roasted over an open flame. It's infused into SeaDog Navy Strength Gin, filtered and blended with more juicy caramelised watermelon, botanical distillates and other extracts.
