in stock

The Artisan Gin is a beautifully packaged, brilliantly executed Croatian Gin. In a world that has hundreds of gins, this is a standout for all the right reasons.

Classic Dry Gin favours are clear throughout with a resinous junipery core. Olive leaf adds herbaceous depth, elderflower and lavender bring levity - a brilliant flavour journey. Serve with a grapefruit peel garnish.

Key Flavours

"Classic enough to make purists purr, unique enough to transport you to a happy place. Almonds add texture, the juniper is sappy, the citrus carefully layered and the florals add sweet subtle depth. Excellent Gin."

About this product

Using two large 50L rotavaps and one 100L jacketed reactor to distil and blend his gin, the person behind this independent distillery is Vedran Sisak.

The home of so many other gin producers' juniper, Croatia is a country that has a natural advantage for producing gins that have high quality locally sourced botanicals. This is one of them!

"The name Darkside comes from a term given to the Wirral Peninsula, in the spirit of local good-natured rivalry, by day trippers from Liverpool who venture over to the ‘dark side’ of the River Mersey to visit quaint seaside towns and villages."
