The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey is deliciously smooth and light; upfront on the nose is caramel sweetness followed by spice and toasted oak which is also evident on the palate. On the finish there’s a wonderful subtle twang of vanilla.

About this product

This whisky is aged for five years in ex-bourbon casks, it’s then finished in small virgin oak casks made especially for The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey.

In 2013 Belfast born, Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry, opened the eponymous The Dead Rabbit Bar in New York. Five years later they launched their own whiskey in collaboration with The Dublin Liberties Distillery's Master Distiller, Darryl McNally.

The Dead Rabbit Bar is located in lower Manhattan, it’s widely regarded as a cult hit New York bar and has won several awards since its opening. At one stage it proudly boasted that it had the largest collection of Irish whiskey in North America.
