Process
Batch 1 is a run of 3000 bottles. It is made from a blend of whiskies that are matured for a minimum of 7 years in ex bourbon casks (combination of both barrels and hogsheads). Non-Chill filtered.
People
Fable Whisky is made by Pendulum Spirits, an independent single cask whisky bottler. Headed by founder Calum Lawrie, their range consists of a dozen chapters (single cask releases) so far. This is their first permanent blend.
Place
Fable aim to bring legendry myths to life through the arts. The releases feature a range of Scotland’s most acclaimed and little-known distilleries, from Glentauchers in Speyside to Glen Garioch in the Highlands.
