Berneroy Fine Calvados

Pungent apple cider on the nose, highly aromatic to taste, with a lively apple character followed by a hearty and warming oak, dried fruits and cinnamon spice to finish.

Berneroy use wild yeasts during fermentation that take up to 5 weeks to ferment and only single distil the cider in a column still. The Fine Calvados is a blend of two to three-year-old Calvados' aged in French oak barrels.

Berneroy has been in production since before 1940 and became part of the famed Camus Cognac house for decades. It is owned by Beluga Group, one of the largest Russian spirits companies.

Berneroy Fine Calvados is made in the Pays d'Auge region of northern France. The time-honoured methods and finely honed expertise on display here capture the very essence of the local orchards.
