Brighton Gin creator Kathy Caton is very much a product of her hometown and seeks to be a part of it in every sense – everyone who works at the distillery is a proud Brightonian, actively engaged in the community. Brighton Distillery places a huge effort on corporate responsibility, helping out with beach cleans, delivering gin by bike and supporting charities, including Pride and the Rainbow Trust.
