Pink Pigeon Rum is made on the Medine Estate, the oldest Mauritian distillery (since 1926) on the idyllic island of Mauritius, in partnership with Berry Brothers & Rudd. Medine is a Mauritian institution and a big part of the island's heritage. Today, they even support its wildlife - the Pink Pigeon - a bird indigenous to the idyllic island of Mauritius.
