Delicate aromas of jasmine, chamomile and a hint of citrus. To taste, the careful selection of white teas and complexity of the green teas adds a depth to the floral start. There's a First Flush Darjeeling finish on the end. Delicious!
Made of a complex blend of up to 13 different teas (in a combination of black, green, white and oolong). These are hand brewed, then grape must and other natural aromas (like lemon juice) are added before bottling. They are rested for 8-12 weeks.
