Their Ensambles are limited-releases and therefore change by batch. Ensamble II is equal parts Espadin, Tobala & Madrecuishe that have been distilled in a copper pot still first, then second in an ancestral clay pot still.
Corte Vetusto mezcal is meticulously hand-crafted by Juan Carlos Gonzalez Diaz, a 4th generation Zapotec Maestro Mezcalero. The brand is owned and run by Londoner and Mezcal Maven, David Shepherd.
