Aromas of light caramel, apple and vanilla with a touch of chocolate lead a palate filled with toasted cereal with a sweet malt character. There's a lingering finish with warm notes of wood tannin.
A combination of premium first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and STR ex-red wine casks are disgorged and blended at the distillery in a ratio of 80:20. 80% Bourbon and 20% STR.
