Gin Mare is Spain’s ultimate premium gin offering, packed with beautiful Mediterranean flavours and evocative of holiday walks through olive groves. Oily, loud and flavoursome, this is one of the most transporting gins around.
Gin Mare is a vibrant, herbaceous gin, with rosemary, olive, thyme, basil and juniper creating a distinctive, summertime vibe. Oily and resinous, it makes for a fantastic Negroni or Gibson and is a lovely G&T when garnished with citrus.
Over 15kg of olives make it into every batch of Gin Mare, which sees a majority of its ingredients distilled separately on a 250-litre Florentine still. The distillates are married after distillation and blended with neutral spirit and water.
Gin Mare was made in collaboration between Spanish gin giants Gin MG and Global Premium Brands, with the team branching away from MG's sizeable operation to make something smaller and more craft focused.
