Hennessy Paradis Cognac

70cl | 40% ABV | France

Created by Maurice Fillioux in 1979, the cognac Hennessy Paradis is known for its voluptuous and harmonious aroma. The bottle conveys much of what the liquid tastes like - supple and round.

Fillioux was an art lover and this was his ode to symphonic music and as a representation of its personality, combining smoothness and strength. Dried rose and honeysuckle on the nose, with more floral notes to taste alongside dried fruits and oak.

About this product

The coppery gold colours of Hennessy Paradis are an indication of the many years it has spent ageing in old casks.

The distillery was founded by Irish Jacobite military officer Richard Hennessy in 1765. After merging with Moët et Chandon in the 70's - in 1987 it became part of the world's largest luxury brand conglomerates, Louis Vuitton Moët-Hennessy or LVMH.

For over 250 years, Hennessy has been crafting one-of-a-kind cognacs in the heart of the Charente region in France. Today it is the biggest producer of Cognac and their approach to viticulture profoundly shapes the region.
