Olmeca Plata Tequila is easy to sip neat, with clear cooked agave notes, a citrussy zing, slight salinity and a peppery finish. Best suited for a Margarita.
100% agave, made by roasting the piñas in traditional Mampostería masonry ovens. It's a blend of two distillates: one made from agave crushed in a modern roller mill and the other made with agave fibre crushed by a tahona.
