We recommend serving Pinkster Spritz base with soda water, a squeeze of fresh lime and heaps of ice. It also works well with a splash of Prosecco.
Crafted with raspberries left over from producing Pinkster Gin and wild elderflower foraged from East Anglian hedgerows. A regular 25ml Pinkster Spritz has no more than 40 calories.
Founder Stephen March created Pinkster in 2013. A keen maker of sloe liqueurs and other concoctions, he turned his attention to gin and started experimenting at home, mashing assorted fruits with different spirit strengths.
Pinkster is made at G&J, one of the country’s oldest distillers, who were recruited to help with production. This spin off variant uses the leftover fruit in a bid to minimise waste and turn it into a tasty tipple.
The daddy of pink gin (possibly even the original Pink Gin, and quite unintentional at that too), Pinkster is a raspberry infused slice of madness with huge herbal undertones.
