Rich, fresh aroma of juniper, followed by notes of coriander and cardamom. To taste, it's extremely smooth, creamy and full bodied, with a slight sweetness. Serve in a G&T with a grapefruit peel garnish.
The recipe features a classic combination of botanicals, including orange peel, lemon peel, green cardamom, juniper, coriander, angelica and orris - just as it did when their craft began way back in 1793.
Plymouth Gin is made by Sean Harrison who joined in 1994 as Assistant Manager, rising to become Master Distiller. In doing so he became the keeper of its coveted 200 year old recipe, passed down verbally to every Master Distiller since 1793.
