The buddha’s hand fruit guides the top notes of Porter's, giving it a unique citrus flavour that hovers delicately between lemon and grapefruit sherbet. We like to add a rosemary sprig garnish in a G&T.
The gin is made by having some botanicals (such as juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, cinnamon, liquorice) distilled in traditional copper stills, with cold distilled distillates (like orris or Buddha's Hand) blended into it.
The three founders were brought together through the desire to create light, refined gin recipes. Alex, ben and josh spent years perfecting the art of cold distillation while working together in Aberdeen, Scotland.
