Distilled in vacuum pot stills at low temperature, VII Hills gin is an Italian stunner that takes its inspiration from Rome, and has a moreish flavour profile that's perfect in Aperitivo style cocktails like Negronis.

VII Hills is an aromatic gin, lightly citrusy on the nose, with sweet pomegranate notes and hints of roman camomile balanced by juniper and earthy celery. Serve with an orange peel in a G&T.

Key Flavours

"The botanical line up is really out there in terms of how and what traditional gins are build on, but it just works for these guys. The chamomile note more prevalent in fresh batches, but the celery builds up over time."

About this product

Made in Moncalieri near Torino, VII Hills is inspired by ancient Rome and made using a combination of seven botanicals - juniper, celery, rose hip, artichoke, blood orange, chamomile and pomegranate.

First launched in 2014, the gin was the brain child of Danilo Tersigni and Filippo Previero, two leading bartenders in London's bustling bar scene.

The gin is named after the seven hills of Rome on the east of the Tiber (in the heart of the Ancient City) which are said to be the origins of the empire.
