Fresh apples and eucalyptus lead an herbaceous aroma backed by slightly earthy notes of roasted agave. More charred agave and vegetal notes emerge to taste. Great all rounder to enjoy neat or in cocktails.
Made from 100% Blue Weber agave and built on an assemblage, using agave from both the Lowlands and Highlands of Jalisco. The agave from each region is distilled separately before blending.
Established in 2017, Volcan De Mi Tierra is a collaborative effort between Moët Hennessy and the Gallardo family. It's made at Agrotequilera de Jalisco (NOM 1523)
