Purplish black on the eye and just as intense on the nose with layers of anise and liquorice. To taste both are assertive and velvety.
Antica black is made by distilling star anise alongside wormwood, cinnamon, fennel, white pepper, iris, orange, coriander and rose with Neutral Spirit obtained from Sugar Beet Molasses. Sucrose and liquorice are added after distillation.
