Redbreast 12 Year Old is an all-time Irish whiskey classic. It is well balanced, with complex spice aromas on the nose and sherry fruitiness to taste - this is due to the time spent maturing in Spanish Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks.

Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blend of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Aged at least 4 years, the whisky is matured in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks - adding spicy sweetness and a smooth finish with notes of sweet fruit and sherry.

Jameson Black Barrel is triple distilled and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex sherry casks, the American oak barrels are charred twice.

The secondary release in the Jameson Caskmates series is the IPA Edition. Whisky aging in casks which previously held craft beer adds crispy hoppy notes, zesty grapefruit citrus on the nose, with delicate spice to taste.

The first in the Jameson Caskmates series is the Stout Edition. Jameson barrels have been used to age craft beer for around 2-6 months, before being returned to the distillery for finishing.
