Codigo Blanco is unrested, never touching a barrel, so that the rich flavour of agave (which has grown for over seven years before being distilled) can be fully appreciated.
Roasted almost earthy agave with a mineral-like vegetal character begins the journey, citrusy sweetness follows beautifully. It finishes with a peppery touch. A fantastic Blanco and one to use in a Paloma.
