Cognac Tesseron NV Lot 29 was created by ageing Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Folle Blanche, distilled in red copper stills and aged in Limousin oak barrels for more than three generations.
The Tesseron estate in Châteauneuf-sur-Charente dates back to the 19th century, when Abel Tesseron acquired this property and began to collect rare and prestigious Cognacs. The tradition was continued by his son and grandson Alfred.
The Tesseron cellars were part of the crypt of the local church in the 12th century. Their eaux-de-vie rest in aged oak barrels, made by craftsmen from centuries-old trees felled in the forests near Limousin.
