Distinctive cacao emerges on the nose, while to taste the rich coco flavour builds around the underlying grassy rum. A lovely lingering finish.

About this product

Copalli white rum is placed into a tank with roasted, 100% organic cacao nibs grown on the neighbouring Copal Tree Farm. After several weeks of infusion, it's redistilled one final time.

Co-founded by Anya Fernald & Todd Robinson, Copalli is as much a sustainable farming project as it is a brilliant rum range. The environmental impact and way it integrates with their vision for the region can be seen throughout.

Copalli is a single estate rum sustainably crafted at the heart of the rainforest in Southern Belize. They harvest non-GMO, heirloom sugar cane, were the first certified Organic farm in Belize and use pure canopy rainwater.
