Fee Brother's Bitters are a useful tool for the cocktail maker's range, allowing for a huge range of flavours to enhance your drinks. Think of them as a spice rack for bartenders.

Quite tart on the nose, the palate features intense lemon zest and lemongrass flavours. Overall it's tart rather than all out bitter. A good bitters to use to add added citrus note to a G&T.
